The Shanghai Eureka City Industrial Park, located in the rapidly evolving Qianwan area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District, is seeing great development potential with its strong location.
With the New Hongqiao International Medical Center to the south, renowned companies' headquarters under construction to the west, a new subway station under construction to the east, and a Costco store to the north, the park has attracted top-tier tech and R&D companies like Innovent and Zoetis.
The park's northern area is for sci-tech companies. It currently hosts eight foreign-funded enterprises alongside leading domestic companies, focusing on high-end manufacturing. The park's southern part, designated as the commercial R&D area, houses Faurecia's Asia-Pacific Research and Development Center and China R&D Headquarters.
"We chose this location for its geographical advantages, being close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) and just a 15-minute drive from the Hongqiao transportation hub," said Zhang Zhenyan, vice general manager of Duravit Shanghai.
In recent years, businesses within the park have seen rapid growth. There is approximately 18,000 square meters of rental space currently available, giving enterprises in biomedicine, healthcare, new energy materials, and high-end manufacturing an opportunity to set up shop and grow.
