Nantong Textile & Silk Industrial Technology Research Institute

Nantong Textile & Silk Industrial Technology Research Institute is the independent legal entity of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute of Textile & Silk. It was established in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in April 2015, and was co-funded by Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, Soochow University and Nantong government.

Its research and development (R&D) area covers 6,000 square meters with equipment worth 20 million yuan ($2.85 million). With the aim of providing services for companies' innovation and leading industrial development, the institute features commercial applications of scientific and technological achievements, inspection and testing, and talent cultivation.
