The newly-opened Hongqiao Talent Apartment in the Changning area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District has recently upgraded its services by introducing a Shanghai Government Online-Offline virtual window and a self-service area, offering residents real-time, convenient, and efficient government services.

Located in the Hongqiao International Open Hub, the Hongqiao Talent Apartment focuses on serving business professionals. The facility has launched comprehensive services, including full online processing, accompanying services, virtual assistance, and self-service options, to ensure that government services are more easily accessible for its residents.

Recently, Ms Li, the first visitor to the Hongqiao Talent Apartment Service Center, utilized the intelligent dual-screen machine to remotely connect with government staff. She successfully completed her residence registration through the "Suishenban" one-stop local government affairs service platform with guidance from both online and offline staff.

Li expressed her delight, stating, "Having this government service extension point at our Talent Apartment entrance is incredibly convenient."

The "Shanghai Government Online-Offline" self-service area and the virtual window at the Hongqiao Talent Apartment can handle over 100 tasks like applying for residence permits. Additionally, the service point offers assistance with various applications and collaborates with the Service Center to provide a range of public and personalized services for residents.
