The Livat Shanghai, a new commercial complex located in the core area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD), is set to open on Sept 26.
As shopping business operator Ingka Group's 10th Livat project in China, the Livat Shanghai boasts a construction area of over 430,000 square meters. The complex includes a shopping center, an IKEA store, and five office buildings.
Starting July 18, the Ingka Shopping Center will host pre-opening activities across the CBD, local communities, Yuyuan Road, and popular Shanghai attractions. Joint membership between Livat and IKEA has been available, offering double the benefits.
The Livat Shanghai aims to become an international standard future meeting place focusing on fashion, style, leisure, restaurants, education, sports, and more. Over 350 brands, including 15 major stores like IKEA, will join Livat. The Livat offices will also host an inauguration event, welcoming multinational and Fortune 500 companies.
It features nearly 10,000 square meters of public spaces, such as the Gentle Breeze Terrace, Nordic Town, and Treehouse Park, and offers over 2,960 parking spaces, including family and disabled spots, as well as 360 new energy vehicle charging stations.
