With strong support from the Embassy of Armenia in China and Armenia's Ministry of Economy, the first Armenia Art and Wine Festival recently took place at the Global Hub of the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
The Armenia-China Cooperation Development Center, the Armenian Artists Association, and the Belt and Road Cultural Development Association came together to organize the event.
During the event, the Armenia Center at the Waigaoqiao Global Hub showcased fine wines and classic art, highlighting Armenia's iconic combination of wine and paintings. Thirty-two classic works by Armenian artists were displayed, offering a visual feast for domestic audiences.
The festival also featured fashion shows highlighting traditional Armenian clothing, an introduction to Armenian art history, lectures on Armenia's development, and wine tasting sessions, all of which provided guests with an immersive experience of Armenian culture.
The Armenia Center was officially opened at the Global Hub on March 26, committed to enhancing China-Armenia cooperation in economy, trade, culture, tourism, and educational fields.
By leveraging the free trade zone's country centers and the "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation and training center, the Global Hub has become a focal point for deepening international exchanges and cultural integration.
