Longsheng Technology launches joint innovation center in Xinwu

The inauguration ceremony for the Weirui-Longsheng Technology Joint Innovation Center was held in Xinwu district, Wuxi on June 18.

This center, co-founded by Longsheng Technology and the Wuxi Industrial Innovation Research Institute, will focus on projects involved in the applications of humanoid robots in manufacturing, commercial spaceflight, and electric aircraft.

Longsheng Technology is committed to proposing at least five technical projects annually and invest no less than 20 million yuan ($2.75 million) to support their development. Additionally, plans are in place to establish an independent research platform that integrates various innovative resources, aimed at advancing R&D and industrialization in high-end equipment and artificial intelligence sectors in Wuxi.

Ni Maosheng, honorary chairman of Longsheng Technology, noted that the company, founded and growing in Xinwu district, currently has 1,500 employees. It has expanded its product range from exhaust gas recirculation systems to new energy vehicles, precision manufacturing, and aerospace, following a path of independent innovation.

Zhang Jinwei, head of Xinwu district, affirmed that the district would continue to provide comprehensive support in policies, talent, and services. He welcomed partners of Longsheng Technology to contribute more resources to Xinwu, fostering mutual growth and success.
