In a bid to enhance cooperation in the industrial and innovation chains and seize new investment opportunities, a delegation from Wuxi National Hi-Tech District, or Wuxi New District, visited Japan and South Korea from June 15 to 20.
During the six-day trip, the delegation visited five cities in Japan and South Korea, conducting visits to 15 multinational companies, including Murata Manufacturing, Omron, and SK Group.
Significant progress was made during the visit, with WND signing agreements for three major projects: the expansion of Kubota's production, CMK's automotive drive board project, and an automotive safety systems project. Total investment in these projects amounts to $110 million, involving industries such as automotive, new energy, and intelligent equipment.
