The 10th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair, which showcases a plethora of cutting-edge products and technologies from 28 enterprises and institutes, opened on June 12 in Shanghai. The fair focuses on key areas such as low carbon and new energy, digital technology, and biomedicine, offering attendees a glimpse into the future of innovation.
Among the highlights of the event are advancements in the low-altitude economy sector, with several enterprises set to unveil their most advanced products, including both civil-manned and unmanned aerial vehicles. Shanghai TCab Technology has brought to the fair its independently-developed E20 electric vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, which completed its first test flight in late 2023. This product is striving to secure flight certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China by 2026.
Another standout exhibit will be the DGI—EX6 Retractable VTOL Compound Wing UAV by Shanghai DG Intelligence, a pioneering creation that promises to capture the attention of tech enthusiasts and industry experts alike.
Artificial intelligence also takes center stage at the fair, with Shanghai Feiyun unveiling their AI humanoid robots. Additionally, the Industrial Internet Innovation Center (Shanghai) will present a new large-scale vertical AI model that is tailored for Chinese enterprises that seek to explore international market opportunities. This model is set to offer valuable support in data analysis and business expansion efforts.
Leading enterprises specializing in medical equipment also boast a strong presence at the fair. Shanghai Magic-med is set to impress attendees with its world's first Multimodal Tumor Treatment System, featuring minimally invasive ablation and immunotherapy techniques. The company plans to conduct a simulated demonstration on isolated liver cells, showcasing the potential of their technology.
Spanning an impressive 35,000 square meters and featuring nearly 1,000 participating companies, the fair also emphasizes the transformation of technological achievements. Over 2,000 innovative items yet to be applied in industrial settings are on display, along with 500 potential innovation projects.
