Sanya's 11 projects start construction

On May 30, a ceremony was conducted at the Sichuan Airlines Sanya Operation Base to commemorate the commencement of construction for 11 projects in Sanya.

The collective investment for these projects amounts to 1.69 billion yuan ($23.24 million) and spans various areas such as infrastructure, people's livelihood services, scientific research services, and ecological protection. Among them, two of the projects are backed by social investment totaling 980 million yuan, while the remaining nine are government-funded projects totaling 710 million yuan.

Sanya has placed emphasis on advancing project construction this year, resulting in an 8.8 percent upsurge in fixed-asset investment from January to April. This growth rate exceeds the provincial growth rate by 6.9 percentage points.
