Gallery Weekend announces Best Exhibition and Infinity awards for this year

Since its inception in 2018, Gallery Weekend Beijing has been recognizing outstanding gallery exhibitions through its prestigious Best Exhibition Award, aimed at highlighting galleries dedicated to showcasing exceptional contemporary art.

This year, a jury panel meticulously reviewed 25 exhibitions across various cultural districts in Beijing, ultimately bestowing the coveted title upon Sanlianzmk, a solo exhibition by Zhou Yilun hosted at Beijing Commune. Known for its thought-provoking content, Zhou's fourth exhibition at Beijing Commune features a compelling collection of paintings, sculptures, and installations that delve into themes such as the relationship between the self and the environment, order and chaos, meanings and actions, as well as the intersection of art with daily life.
