A delegation of 22 people visited Baotou to better understand the city's tourism routes and hold a symposium on April 7. The delegation was made up of representatives from the Malaysia Branch of China Southern Airlines and 15 other Malaysian travel agencies.

The group conducted on-site inspections of Baotou Golden Street and Meidaizhao Temple in Baotou. During the symposium, the Baotou bureau of culture and tourism introduced the city's tourism resources and routes, with a focus on promoting Yellow River cultural tourism.

Representatives of the delegation expressed that Baotou is rich in cultural tourism resources, and they saw many cultural tourism projects during this visit. They hope to bring more tourists to Baotou.

Representatives from Baotou and the delegation also discussed matters such as tourism packages, route promotion, and project investment.

The visit and symposium have facilitated the establishment of a bridge for mutual exchange and cooperation between the city and the tourism industry in Malaysia. This has broadened channels for attracting more international tourists to Baotou.
