Baotou's innovation base receives approval

The innovation base, led by China North Rare Earth (Group) High-tech Co in Baotou city, has been officially approved for establishment, making it the only innovation base with national technology standards in the field of rare earth nationwide.

The innovation base received approval from the National Standardization Management Committee, and will become an important platform for the integration of standard technology, testing and certification, intellectual property rights, standard samples, and science and technology.

It will also effectively promote the improvement and perfection of the rare earth standardization management system and operational mechanism, thus forming a virtuous development model of coordinated development in the rare earth industry chain. Additionally, it will maximize achievement transformation, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and the internationalization of industry standards.

Next, Baotou will strive to build this base into a leading hub for technological innovation and achievement transformation in the rare earth field, as well as a nationally influential talent training base, to support the high-quality development of the rare earth industry.
