Watch it again: Top political advisory body opens annual session

The 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the country's top political advisory body, opens its second annual session on Monday afternoon in Beijing.

The session this year will last six days, closing on March 10.
