DEC shines at Egypt Energy Show

At the 7th Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES 2024), Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC) unveiled its premier offerings along with Egyptian Petroleum HH Rig Manufacturing Company (EPHH) in the power and oil & gas sectors to a global audience of customers and industry experts.

Sponsored by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt, the three-day event commenced at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo on February 19.

Throughout the exhibition, Dongfang Honghua (HH) and its joint venture, the Egyptian Petroleum HH Rig Manufacturing Company (EPHH), showcased cutting-edge technologies and products. These included desert fast-moving drilling rigs, energy storage solutions, and oilfield photovoltaic systems.

The company's participation was aimed at showcasing HH’s forefront technology and products, exploring new opportunities, and fostering business growth in the regional market.

Representatives from EPHH engaged in fruitful discussions with officials from the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, EGPC, as well as clients from Egypt, Libya, Algeria, and international suppliers.

Detailed presentations were provided on HH’s drilling technology and plans for promoting renewable energy, facilitating in-depth cooperation discussions.

Established in April 2007, the Egyptian Petroleum HH Rig Manufacturing Company (EPHH) is a joint venture between HH and three subsidiaries of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), situated in the Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Egypt.
