The foreign visitors, hailing from countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, and Singapore, were treated to mesmerizing lion and dragon dances and Wuxi Opera, which is recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage item. They also had the opportunity to appreciate the melodious tunes of the erhu, a traditional Chinese string instrument, and to try their hand at Chinese calligraphy. Additionally, they immersed themselves in the graceful movements of tai chi and tried their skill at dumpling making.

Peter Coppieters, general manager of Atlas Copco (Wuxi) Compressor Co Ltd, expressed his delight at experiencing the rich cultural traditions of the Chinese Spring Festival. He said that participating in these customs, which symbolize hopes and blessings for the new year, allowed him to deeply appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
