Jinan, Phnom Penh intl passenger flight opens

The KR912 flight operated by Cambodia Airways took off from Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport on Jan 27, marking the official opening of the "Jinan-Phnom Penh" international passenger flight.

The flight is served by an Airbus A320 aircraft every Saturday. It can accommodate up to 164 passengers.

The flight departs from Jinan at 3 pm, arriving at Phnom Penh Airport at 6:55 pm. The return flight departs from Phnom Penh at 8:20 am and lands in Jinan at 2 pm (all times are local).

The opening of the "Jinan-Phnom Penh" flight makes travel between the two cities easier and expands Jinan airport's route coverage in Southeast Asia.

As 2024 marks the 66th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia, the opening of the route also brings the two countries closer together, laying a foundation for further strengthening relations and expanding cooperation.
