Shaanxi holds 1st large-scale job fair for intl talent

Shaanxi's first large-scale job fair for international talent was held at the Qinchuangyuan Talent Market in Xixian New Area, a national development area built by the cities of Xi'an and Xianyang in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Jan 12.

More than 100 high-quality job positions for international talent were offered by 22 companies at the fair.

International talent from more than 10 countries including the United States, Russia, Germany, Pakistan, Thailand, Zambia, Uganda, Iran, and Poland gathered to chat with their favorite recruiting companies.

The event focused on on-site recruitment and employment guidance. Entrepreneurial exchanges among overseas returnees, seminars for well-known companies, and job search registration for graduates were also held.

In addition, an international pop-up market activity was also launched simultaneously at the job fair site, which featured international stalls, second-hand idle products, environmental protection-themed markets, and Chinese New year booths, among other offerings.

The Qinchuangyuan Talent Market will continue to hold more exchange activities and strive to become a gathering ground for international talent in order to aid in Shaanxi's high-quality development.
