To celebrate the 8th anniversary of the opening of its new branch, the Changsha Museum in Hunan province unveiled on Dec 28 a special exhibition showcasing the historical development of Tuoba Xianbei.

Originating from the northern nomadic tribes, the Tuoba Xianbei engaged in continuous exchanges and integration with various ethnic groups during their migrations, and ultimately established their authority in the Central Plain.

Featuring an impressive display of 180 artifacts, the exhibition, running until April 7, illustrates the cultural evolution and characteristics of the Xianbei in different time periods. Don’t miss out!
