2023 China (Guangzhou) International Fashion Industry Conference opens with grandeur

On Dec 27, the 2023 China (Guangzhou) International Fashion Industry Conference grandly opened in Guangzhou. 

This three-day conference, co-hosted by the China National Textile and Apparel Council and the municipal government, aims to showcase Guangzhou's fashion industry's innovation and international influence.

The conference focuses on the development of the fashion industry and includes brand launch ceremonies, fashion forums, and industry chain matchmaking meetings. Additionally, it announced the key activities planned for 2024 and the launch of the "Fashion Capital Guangzhou" brand, strengthening international cooperation and communication in Guangzhou's fashion industry.

The "China Fashion City Index" was released at the opening ceremony, ranking Guangzhou second nationally with a score of 8.16, demonstrating its leading position in the fashion industry. Moreover, the conference highlighted the main forces of Guangzhou's fashion industry, featuring 64 representative companies.

As an international consumer center city, Guangzhou's development in the fashion industry underlines its strength and charm as a fashion capital.
