A guide to stroll in Yangzhou by travel shuttle

Yangzhou is an enchanting city with attractions alongside the street, and traveling in the city by bus is an easy and comfortable experience for their short intervals, long operating hours and accessibility.

To further facilitate travelers, the city has designated three bus lines for traveling, here’s a guide about the three lines and attractions they directly reach.

The first shuttle, You-1, or 游 1 as you will see on the screen of bus, is a bus line connecting major attractions, culture places and leisure, shopping, resort area downtown.

Along the line, bus stations related to major attractions and service areas include Yangzhou Passenger Transport Terminal (1),  Yangzhou Railway Station (2), Slender West Lake (15,20,25), Ershisiqiao Hotel (16), Daming Temple (18), Songjiacheng Sports Leisure Park (22), Yangzhou State Guesthouse (24) Shi Kefa Memorial Hall (26), Geyuan Garden (27), City Crafts and Arts Museum (28), Dongguan Street and Ancient Ferry (29), and China Grand Canal Museum (41). Numbers in the bracket correspond to the stop in the image. 

There are multiple gates that you can enter the Slender West Lake, the 15th station is next to the west gate, the 20th to the east gate, the 25th to the south gate and Rainbow Square, where you can find an array of coffee shops, including a Starbucks Reserve that was listed as one of the 15 must-visit Starbucks branches globally by Vogue, bars and hotels.

For travelers starting their trip in Yangzhou from Guazhou, You-2, or 游 2, is recommended for it offers a scenic ride through Gaomin Temple (17), Yunhe Sanwan Scenic Area (25), China Grand Canal Museum (26), Shita Temple (33), Wenchang Pavilion (34), Slender West Lake (35, 40), Yangzhou State Guest House (36) and more.

Tourists arriving from the east railway station and coach terminal can embark on You-3, or 游 3, a line that partially overlaps the line 1. It traverses Geyuan Garden (16), Shi Kefa Memorial Hall (17) and more.

Each route promises a unique and comfortable adventure, showcasing Yangzhou's historical and natural treasures, as well as modernized, neo-gentrified architecture complex. All three lines support Apple Pay and Alipay.
