Construction of Weifang-Yantai High-Speed Railway reaches new stage

The installation of the overhead wires on the Zhaoyuan section of the Weifang-Yantai High-Speed Railway was recently completed.
The Weifang-Yantai High-Speed Railway is 237.3 kilometers long and can accommodate trains traveling up to 350 km per hour. The line has nine stations.
The regional railway network is expected to be significantly improved when the Weifang-Yantai line opens. The new line will enhance connectivity between cities in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.
