NHIZ adds five provincial R&D centers

Five projects in the Nantong High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu province, have been approved for upgrade into provincial-level engineering and technological research centers, according to the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

Jiangsu Province (NKODA) Technology Research Center for Organic & Inorganic Functional Composite Material Engineering

This research center, established by Nantong NKODA Polyurethane Technology Co Ltd, focuses on critical, fundamental, and common technical issues in automotive paint protection film technology. It serves as a platform for absorbing advanced domestic and international technologies and improving product quality.

Jiangsu Province (LIZ) Surface Mounted Devices（SMD）Resistor Engineering Technology Research Center

Constructed by LIZ Electronics (Nantong) Co Ltd, this center concentrates on the development of target material alloy products, SMD resistor heat stability, and thick-film combined with thin-film resistor products to further advance the company's technological development.

Jiangsu Province (Baodi) Stainless Steel Pipeline Engineering Technology Research Center

Established by Jiangsu Baodi Tube Co Ltd, a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production, and sales of stainless steel pipeline systems, this center strives to achieve technological innovations related to stainless steel pipelines.

Jiangsu Province Electronic Circuit and Semiconductor Hole Penetration Engineering Technology Research Center

Founded by Nantong Circuit Material Co Ltd, an enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sale of dedicated materials for electronic circuits, packaging substrates, chips, and new energy electronics, this center is dedicated to the integration and innovation of core intelligent manufacturing equipment.

It aims to achieve stability, precision, and continuous optimization in the production process of electronic special materials through the development of a unified lean production management system.

Jiangsu Province (Hongtu) Precision Mold Engineering Technology Research Center

Set up by Guang Dong Hongtu (Nantong) Technology Co Ltd, this center focuses on the development of high-end, precision, and complex die-casting molds and injection molds for new energy vehicles. It aims to develop process technology and processing equipment with independent intellectual property rights.
