Twenty-four college freshmen, all Tibetans and Uygurs from the school of culture and tourism of Wuxi Vocational College of Science of Technology, recently visited Xinwu district in Wuxi on a double-decker sightseeing bus, looking to explore the charm of Wu culture.

Dressed in their respective traditional costumes, the students first went to the Hongshan Site Museum, where they had the opportunity to explore a rich collection of historical artifacts, including pottery, jade ornaments, and musical instruments. The visit provided them with insights into the cultural heritage and history of the region.

In addition to the museum, the students also visited the Chinese Decorative Stone Park, where they encountered various fossils and learned about Earth's evolutionary history.

In recent years, Xinwu district has made significant efforts to enhance public transportation services and cultural tourism initiatives. These efforts aim to promote and preserve the rich traditional Chinese culture while fostering greater understanding and appreciation among diverse communities.
