WND delegation strengthens business ties with Germany

From Sept 10 to 19, the People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Wuxi New District (Xinwu District) sent a delegation to Germany to engage in trade and business discussions, aiming to enhance Sino-German economic cooperation and strengthen the bonds of friendship.

The delegation embarked on a fruitful journey across four cities in Germany - Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Rothenburg, and Friedrichshafen. During their visit, they held meetings with various government bodies and organizations, including the Chinese Consulate General in Frankfurt and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Representative Office in Germany. They also visited prominent German companies, such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class new energy vehicle production base Factory 56.

At Kemmler, a German machinery manufacturer, the delegation was treated to a presentation on the company's products. The chairman of Wuxi Longmax Technology Co Ltd expressed immediate interest in incorporating Kemmler into its supply chain. "Longmax procures similar products worth over 3 million yuan ($410,899) annually, and Kemmler's products align perfectly with our needs," said the chairman.

The delegation's visit also showcased the strength and research capabilities of WND enterprises. For example, after learning that Wuxi Fodoo Technology Co Ltd has over two decades of experience in the surface treatment equipment field and boasts 29 patented inventions, the president of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises expressed a strong willingness to introduce China's new-generation electromechanical products to Germany.
