Multinational diplomats pay a visit to Ordos

From Sept 7 to 9, some 15 diplomats from eight countries including Colombia, Pakistan, and Kenya visited Ordos city at the invitation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government.

During their trip, they visited Kangbashi district, the Ordos Zero Carbon Industry Park, a 500,000-kilowatt coal subsidence ecological treatment photovoltaic power generation demonstration project, and the Ordos Cashmere Industrial Park.

They gained firsthand experience of the city's urban development, ecological construction, desertification prevention and control measures, and the development of new energy industries.

They also got a deeper understanding of the development of industries such as energy storage, electric heavy-duty trucks, and battery materials.
