This year's Zhaojun Cultural Festival features a total of 13 events. The Zhaojun culture seminar and the promotion activities of revisiting places along Zhaojun's peace-making marriage on the Silk Road have been held for several years. They are an important platform for showcasing ethnic communications, exchanges, and integration.

In addition, the festival will include a group wedding ceremony on Chilechuan Grassland, art performances, the China Speed Horse Racing (Hohhot division), and a night run.

During the cultural festival, various tourist attractions and star hotels in Hohhot will offer discounts and promotions. Condition-permitting tourist attractions, cultural and historical venues, and the Hongyan Study Room will provide extended closing hours and lift the usual Monday closure.

The Zhaojun Cultural Festival is a major event in Hohhot that fosters cultural exchanges and stimulates tourism and the local economy. Visitors can immerse themselves in the vibrant festivities while enjoying the city's historic and natural wonders.

The festival aims to celebrate the legacy of Zhaojun, a legendary figure from ancient China, and her contributions to nurturing cultural exchanges among different ethnic groups. The organizers aim to promote unity, mutual understanding, and friendship among diverse cultures through the festival.
