2023 Chinese Ecological Literature Forum held in Ordos

The 2023 Chinese Ecological Literature Forum was successfully held in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Aug 30.

During the forum, renowned writer Ye Xin, former vice chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, and other writers and scholars who have long been concerned about and supportive of the development of ecological literature delivered speeches.

The ecological departments of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Chongqing municipality, and Jilin province also shared their practices and experience in organizing special activities for ecological literature.

Meanwhile, the first batch of recommended books for ecological literature was released, featuring 10 selected works.

The Inner Mongolia Ecological Literature Week has commenced with great fervor. The Dadi Wenxin Inner Mongolia Ecological Literature Creation Base plaque has been unveiled, marking a significant milestone in the promotion of ecological literature. Moreover, an initiation ceremony for the expedition of ecological literature writers to Inner Mongolia was held, which promises to be a fruitful endeavor.
