Bosch Group's senior managers visit Wuxi

Zhao Jianjun, mayor of Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province, met with Uwe Gackstatter, member of the board of Bosch Mobility Solutions, on Aug 10 to discuss the group's development in the city and cooperation in the hydrogen energy industry.

Zhao thanked Bosch for its support of Wuxi, saying that the group's continuous investment in Wuxi, especially in the hydrogen fuel cell center, has injected vigorous momentum into the city's modern industries.

Wuxi is rooting for hydrogen energy and other new energy industries and both sides have promising cooperation prospects, the mayor added.

He expressed hope that Bosch will increase its development and industrialization of hydrogen energy and electrification-related products in Wuxi, promote the massive application of hydrogen in transportation and industry, and introduce more supporting businesses to the city. He also promised that Wuxi authorities will offer better services to the group.

Gackstatter also expressed thanks to Wuxi for its concern and support, and outlined the group's development and investment plan.

He said that Bosch is accelerating transition from an era of internal combustion engine to an era of new energy and that the group's stable development in Wuxi further strengthens his confidence in Wuxi and rapid transformation.

He added that Bosch will continue its sound cooperation with Wuxi, expand businesses, and increase investment in the city.

Bosch is the largest auto parts supplier in the world and now has three branch companies in Wuxi to develop, manufacture and market advanced internal combustion powertrains and core auto parts.
