Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province will open more shopping malls in the near future, local media outlets reported on Aug 8.
With a built-up area of about 100,000 square meters, the Mixc in Binhu district will include a six-to-seven-floor commercial building and a 24-floor office building.
The Grand Canal, waterways, and plants are expected to blend into the commercial complex via a riverside fair, creating a relaxed atmosphere for dining and entertainment.
The facilities are scheduled to open to the public in December and make the area more pet-friendly.
