Foreign-invested enterprises shall submit the following materials

1. Application Form for Pre-approval of Name of Foreign-Invested Enterprise (one original; all shareholders shall sign the Applicant Form. Enterprise as shareholders shall stamp with an official seal.)

2. The certificate of designated representatives or jointly-entrusted agents (one original; shareholding enterprises shall submit one copy of the duplicate of the business license stamped with an official seal; natural persons as shareholders shall submit one copy of their identity certificate)

3. Copies of qualification certificates of all investors (one original with signatures and fingerprints of all shareholders)

4. Notification of Pre-approval of the Name of Foreign-Invested Enterprises (one original)
