2、Power of Attorney of Designated representative or Jointly Entrusted Agent (one original) signed by all shareholders and a copy of the identity certificate of designated representative or entrusted agent

3、Articles of the parent company (one copy)

4、Appointment letter (one original) of the person in charge of the branch issued by its parent company and his/her identity certificate (one copy)

5、Certificate on the legal use of residence (one original, one copy)

6、Pre-approval documents (one original, one copy)

7、Business license of the parent company (one copy)

8、Letter of commitment
