As China' s largest ecommerce platform by revenue, JD.com offers a world-class set of online retail services to its legion of users, who now number close to 200 million in total.
JD.com was listed on the NASDAQ in May 2014, in the exchange's biggest flotation of that year. In 2015 it recorded a GMV of USD 71.4 billion (RMB 462.7 billion) and net revenues of USD 28.0 billion (RMB 181.3 billion), the latter representing an increase of 58 percent from the year before.
