The Wuxi Symphony Orchestra will kick off its first music season in September, according to Sun Peng, its chief conductor, who spoke at a press conference held in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, on June 25.

Running until April 2024, the music season will be themed on "water", whose ripples symbolize a brand new start and unlimited potential and indicate the further possibilities to be created by the orchestra, said Sun.
