Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are the top three vibrant Chinese cities in consumption, according to Forbes China.
Over the past year, promoting consumption has become an important driving force for China's steady economic growth.
In the first quarter of this year, the contribution of domestic final consumption expenditure to economic growth reached 66.6 percent, higher than the contribution of total capital formation, according to National Bureau of Statistics.
