Hangzhou offers generous headquarters economy support policies

A city is a vast and organic organism, and enterprises are the crucial economic cells and sources of vitality within it.

In January of this year, Hangzhou introduced the Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Hangzhou's Headquarters Economy and issued 22 new policies for the headquarters economy, along with supporting policies such as management measures for the allocation of commercial and business land for headquarter-related purposes.

Recently, Hangzhou has tailored a new headquarters policy with Hangzhou characteristics for enterprises with headquarters in the city. It includes financial incentives, land support, housing support, talent support, business facilitation, carrier platforms, and an industrial ecosystem.

The policies fully reflect the innovation, integration, and systematic nature of the headquarters economy in Hangzhou.

The city is striving to build a first-class headquarters economic center in the country and fully leverage the role of the headquarters economy in promoting the construction of a modern industrial system and integration into global industrial and supply chains.
