CSGKC to invest 3.7b yuan into constructing super neighborhood center

Investing nearly 3.7 billion yuan ($573 million), China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) is set to build a super neighborhood center.

The project will occupy a land area of 70,233 square meters in the southern part of CSGKC. 

The center aims to be a large-scale sports and commercial complex, featuring sports venues, trendy shopping streets, apartments, office buildings, and public facilities. 

While the CSGKC has already constructed two existing neighborhood centers that provide convenient services, this new development is set to enhance the quality of life for residents in the surrounding area and drive regional economic and social growth.
