Wuxi offers talent high-quality rental apartments

Liangxi Youth Talent Community — the first community of guaranteed rental housing renovated from idle relocation houses in Liangxi district, Wuxi, Jiangsu province — opened to the public on May 16, offering a number of affordable, stylishly designed and convenient apartments to talented people from China and abroad.

The first batch of apartments is located in the resettlement communities of Youduyuan, Guangyiboyuan and Mao'anxinyuan.

Guangyiboyuan offers 131 rooms, all of which are currently occupied. Another 493 sets of rooms will be launched before the end of July, and the total number of apartments is expected to reach 624.

The community is located in shopping plazas and within 1.5 kilometers of stations of subway lines 2 and 3 and boasts supporting facilities such as cafes, reading bars and business rooms to meet the daily needs of tenants.

Liangxi will take the community as an opportunity to provide a high-quality living environment, cultural services, and exchange platforms for young talent.

In 2022, the distict's Guangyi subdistrict and Shanghai Erjia Business Management Co Ltd jointly established Guangyi Erjia Leasing in Wuxi to transform idle houses into talent apartments and introduce a new type of guaranteed rental housing.
