9 SND patents win China Patent Award

Nine patents from Suzhou New District, Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, recently won the China Patent Award, including one taking the gold award.

Sponsored by the State Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization, the China Patent Award is the highest honor in China's patent field.

RIGOL Technologies Co Ltd received the China Patent Gold Award for its metastable detection device and method and ADC circuit, which boasts high detection accuracy, simple detection circuitry, and wide applicability.

The Suzhou Medical Device Research Institute of Southeast University won the China Patent Excellence Award for an optical fiber measurement-based three-dimensional heart chip and detection method, which has improved the accuracy of current myocardial contractility detection of in vitro 3D heart models.

The magnetic structure of shakers and installation method helped Suzhou Dongling Technologies Co Ltd secure the excellence award. The brandnew design avoids collision during installation and has been applied to aviation, shipbuilding, and rail traffic.

Other award-winning patents include the customized method and device for a Linux operating system by China Mobile Soft Technology Co Ltd, and a magnetic cleaning separation device for immunoanalyzers by Suzhou Hybiome Biomedical Engineering Co Ltd.
