Huazhu Group's global headquarters park opens in Hongqiao

The global headquarters park of Huazhu Group, a hotel chain, opened in Jiangqiao town, Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District on Jan 1.

Located at the intersection of Tianchuang Road and Fenghua Road, the park occupies an area of more than 3 hectares and is home to the group's headquarters office building, research and development center, financial settlement center, training center, industrial internet center and a demonstration hotel.

Huazhu Group is one of China's largest hotel operators and operates more than 20 hotel brands including Ji Hotel, Vue Hotel, Joya Hotel and Blossom House.

The headquarters park is designed to integrate resources from upstream companies to form an industrial cluster, which is expected to boost the development of the modern service industry in Jiangqiao town.

In recent years, Jiangqiao has been continuously upgrading its industrial capacity and is home to a number of headquarters projects involving hotels, second-hand vehicle vendors, and new material and medical device facilities being built in the town.
