They learned about the installation of supporting equipment, the furnishing and decoration of the rooms, and the application of advanced technologies. They also enjoyed a bird's-eye view of Colombo from its 197-meter-high roof.

"We really appreciate CSCEC's efforts in training engineering talents. I sincerely hope that, luckily enough, my students will get the opportunities to work at CSCEC, " said Dr. S.P Chaminda, director of the Department of Earth Resources, UoM.

Since its founding in 2014, CSCEC Sri Lanka has made localization a top priority. It has created many jobs for local residents and cooperated with local companies in related industries. The company also trained many talents in technological and management posts and helped lead the transformation of the construction industry. It will continue to work with local universities and institutes to train more talents and recruit more local workers to improve its operation.

The Tri-Zen apartment complex project offers an 11-floor podium and three 40-to-42-floor super-high residential buildings at a structure height of 197 meters. All this in an area of 125,000 square meters. With better design, the apartments will bring residents a sense of space and comfort and provide them with a new experience of urban life in Sri Lanka.
