China's renewable energy capacity up in 2021

Last year, China's renewable energy generated 2.48 trillion kWh of electricity, accounting for 29.7 percent of the total power generation.

The country's renewable energy utilization in 2021 amounted to the equivalent of burning 750 million tons of standard coal.
