Lin-gang starts 24/7 online business services phone hotline

An online platform for companies based in the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai – was launched on July 1, offering services such as policy consultations and business handling advice.

The telephone hotline for the platform is +86-21-10100820 and it will available 24/7 all year around, making it the first of its kind in the area.

In addition to policy consultations and business administration advice, the platform – by analyzing the needs of companies – will provide references for the local government's decision on enterprise service mechanisms and policy formulation, so as to improve the business environment.

Moving forwards, plans are for the platform to add more functions, including the launch a separate website for online services, as well as access to AI services.
