Qingdao FTZ launches city's first AI telephone customer service system

The China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, recently launched the first smart telephone customer service system – which adopted the artificial intelligence technology – for enterprise registration in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province.

The enterprises and masses can choose the type of enterprises according to the voice prompt, and learn more about the detailed businesses.

To solve the problems of long waiting time, busy lines and difficulties in consultation reflected by the enterprises and masses, the Qingdao FTZ sorted out the questions on enterprise registration that people are most concerned about, and pushed out the AI customer service system through digital means.
