Don't drink too much water before meals, it will dilute the digestive juice, which is not conducive to the digestion and absorption of food. This can bring adverse effects on digestive function in the long run.

It is recommended to drink a cup of boiled water after getting up in the morning to supplement the water loss overnight. This habit can also reduce blood viscosity, promote blood circulation and maintain the normal level of body fluids.

The elderly
The elderly are less sensitive to thirst, so they are often in a state of water shortage and prone to constipation or high blood viscosity, which can easily affect their cardiovascular system.

Children exercise a lot and need to replenish water frequently. Moreover, children are fond of playing and easily forget to drink water. They will drink a lot of water only when they are particularly thirsty, which will affect the normal absorption of water by the human body and be harmful to their health.

Babies have a high metabolism. The amount of water that needs to be replenished for them is higher than that for adults. Although infants mainly consume liquid food, it is recommended they drink water between breast feeding.
