The International Aviation HQ land goes public

The International Aviation Headquarter land has recently gone public. It is the first listed multifunctional land in the Beijing Daxing airport area.

Covering a total area of 59,200 square meters, the land is expected to add newcomers involving multiple forms of businesses, including administration, commerce, exhibition and accommodation.

The planned construction is also designed to be a healthy and comfortable destination. It is a key project to further develop Beijing into an international consumption center.

After being completed, the park will be used to undertake airport area planning exhibitions, investment advertising and smart management, as a service platform for aviation headquartered enterprises, foreign-owned airlines and cross-border finances.
