Guangzhou recognizes Huangpu high-tech, high-growth firms

A total of 311 companies in Guangzhou Development District (GDD) were recently recognized as municipal specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative enterprises.

Only high-tech or high-growth enterprises with professional development strategies can qualify as such enterprises.

The Huangpu entries included GIRM Biosafety (Guangzhou), Guangzhou Biolight Biotechnology, Guangzhou Logansoft Technology. Guangzhou Techno Wave and Guangzhou Hanyun Information Technology.

An industrial park for specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative enterprises.

Huangpu has so far fostered 32 national specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative (little giant) enterprises and 68 provincial specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative enterprises, accounting for 47 percent and 30 percent of Guangzhou's total, respectively.

Moreover, Guangzhou CanSemi Technology, Metal One Service Asia (Guangzhou, China) and Guangzhou Newlife New Material in Huangpu were recently recognized as Guangzhou's backbone enterprises in the manufacturing sector.

Guangzhou Bohan Information Technology, Guangzhou Sihong Technology, and Liturex (Guangzhou) were among 42 small enterprises in the district to be selected by Guangzhou to be cultivated into enterprises above designated size.
