SiEngine Tech to launch its 7-nanometer chip at WHDZ

SiEngine Technology Co, a company committed to the design, development and sale of advanced automotive systems on chips (SoCs) at Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) will launch the "Dragonhawk One" – a seven-nanometer intelligent cockpit chip independently developed by the firm – on Dec 10.

"Dragonhawk One is a breakthrough for automobile intelligentization driven by Chinese high-tech companies," said Wang Kai, president of SiEngine Tech.

Founded in 2018 in the development zone, SiEngine Tech defines its mission as producing intelligent auto-related products that cover all intelligent scenarios.

DragonHawk One will achieve mass production officially in the third quarter of next year.

The company's strategic cooperation partners will also appear at the launch ceremony, according to local news reports.
