The first phase of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area intellectual property (IP) innovation center in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) has recently been topped off.

The project has a total floorage of 43,000 square meters and integrates office spaces, apartments and shopping areas in the same complex. It is comprised of an 18-storey office building, and three commercial annex buildings.

In addition to the IP innovation center, a Greater Bay Area financial sci-tech innovation center will be built at the intersection of Maogang and Hulin roads in the Yuzhu sub-district. It will attract more than 100 financial enterprises that engage in supply chain finance, the industrial internet, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and big data. It is expected to generate an annual turnover of 100 billion yuan ($16 billion) and an operating revenue of 30 billion yuan.

A Chinese modern aerospace agriculture innovation center will also be built in Tianlu Lake Forest Park. Once the facility is put into use, it will provide strong support to seed industry development, rural rejuvenation and digitalized rural construction.
