Its parent company, Outokumpu, with headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, is the global leader in stainless steel. Outokumpu's production facilities are located in Finland, Germany, Sweden, the UK, the USA and Mexico, as well as other countries. According to its official website, in 2017 Outokumpu's sales reached 6.4 billion euros and stainless steel deliveries totaled 2.4 million tonnes. Outokumpu employs 10,000 professionals in more than 30 countries, and lists its shares on the Helsinki Nasdaq.
