Thirteen Hechi University students from Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe and other countries received their COVID-19 vaccinations on June 17 at Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital.

The hospital is the only of its kind in Hechi to provide COVID-19 vaccinations for people who come from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as foreign nationals.

On the morning of that day, the Chinese teachers led those foreign students who had made appointments to the vaccination clinic. The hospital's medical staff guided the foreign students to fill in their information. They had a physical test and health status check, and then received their vaccination.

The foreign students appreciated the hospital's service and the orderly vaccination process. They said that they are very confident in the Chinese vaccine and will recommend it to their friends.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, China has been working with other countries to tackle the global public health crisis. Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital has done good work giving COVID-19 vaccinations to Hechi citizens as well as foreigners.
